Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup Chef Robert's Breading Mix Original, Lemon Pepper or Cajun
  • Oil Sunflower, Peanut, Vegetable oil for pan frying or deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut your chicken tenders into bite size pieces
  • Take a small portion of Chef Robert's Breading Mix out of the bag. Place the breading in a bowl. Reseal the bag for future use
  • Place a few chicken tender pieces in the bowl and shake around with the breading. Set pieces aside on a platter to prepare for frying. Continue coating all pieces
  • Prepare your pan for frying either deep fry or pan fry. Small layer of oil for pan frying and deep well of oil for deep frying. Oil should be set to fry temperature.
  • Cook until done and at the correct cooking temperature
